Accelerate Your Performance

Why is it that some people seem to have a clear direction in life whilst others wander along feeling disappointed with their lot? Why do some people seem to get more done in less time without stress and frustration, to remember more and be more creative? What is it that allows some people to establish rapport really quickly and build productive working relationships?

A passion for performance improvement has driven Jan to pursue the answers to some of these questions. She believes that whilst we may not be able to control what goes on around us on a day to day basis, we can control the way we respond to situations we find ourselves in.

Coaching Skills for Managers & Leaders

The role of the coach is to create a non-threatening, non-judgmental and challenging environment in which individuals are encouraged to take ownership of the issues affecting their performance, responsibility for finding their own solutions and an increased commitment to achieving objectives - corporate and personal.

This highly practical 2 day Workshop will explore the role of the coach and provide participants with the skills to improve the performance of people they work with.

It will give everyone an opportunity to practice coaching and learn ways to get the best out of their teams, peers, colleagues and friends.

Feel the Fear with Confidence

Have you ever seen successful women who seem capable of rising to any challenge thrown at them, have confidence in abundance and thought to yourself "How do they do that?" Well, I have news for you - we can all have some of that if we want it! It's a matter of self belief, experience and practice.

Jan's desire to help other women create a life full of passion for what they do has led her to create this workshop, dedicated to the female audience, that will loosen any limiting beliefs and help build supreme confidence.

Making Stress Work for You

Wouldn't it be great to recognise the signs of stress, but more importantly to take simple measures that would prevent stress developing in the first place?

We all know that some stress is good for you; it stimulates activity and gets the brain working. Too much, however, has exactly the opposite effect. In this workshop Jan will share some of her own experiences of working in stressful environments and the techniques she has learned to keep too much stress at bay.
